Awesome work from Ron yet again with another terrific South Carolina track. As the blurb promises, this one is jam-packed with doglegs, some subtle, some more acute - in fact there's so many that it comes as almost a shock when you get two consecutive straight holes on the back. Yet with all those bendy-boys, there is still good variety. The greens are generally kind but with a lot of subtle variations that fooled even the announcers more than once (and thus me, oops). The thing I liked the best about this design however was the sound - Ron's use of ambient noise here is outstanding. Not just every hole sounds different, but literally with every shot! It's brilliantly done and really adds to the realism and places you 'there'. Great course, great sights, great sounds.. a stellar design. Cheers!

Just came across this course recently. Realize this is a bit late but wanted to say thank you for another fine course. Great work as always Ron! Played smoothly without problems.

OK, I redownloaded the course and reinstalled it. I lowered the Grass from Very High to High. Set Tree Detail Distance to Medium, and lowered Tree Texture to High from Very High. That seemed to have done the trick because I played another entire 18 holes crash free. I have found in the past on courses that crash lowering the Tree Detail Distance setting usually cures the problem. If it does not, than as a last resort I delete the cls folder. Anyway, great course Ron, I was really glad to get it running trouble free and lowering the settigs slightly does not compromise the courses overall appearance in any significant way.

I am going to try a redownload and reinstall to se if the problem persists. I will also try lowering some of the settings within the game, and I will let you know on the outcome. I did also have a crash on the tenth hole.

I am sorry for the problems with this course, I have a low end computer and during testing got no crashes. I dont know why it will not run, have you had a full run of the course or does it crash every time. During program updates, I get a crash in TW08, I dont know if this could be the reason or if I put to many objects in this course and used to many libraries of the same kind of tree type, or have objects to close together. any help or feed back on cause would be appreciated, I will try to design better in the future. Sorry course will not play like it should, I am new at designing and I guess I still put out a bad course at times. Sorry to waste your time with a bad course and thanks for the nice comments, just remove course from your hard drive.

Ron, This is a great course to play. My son-in-law were playing this course via a network connection. We were at the 2nd hole and he went back to his desktop but I was OK. We reloaded the course again and I am not sure if it was hole 6 or 7 but he crashed again. I played this course right after I downloaded it and i crashed on the back nine but cant remember which hole...sorry.

Ron, this is a beautiful course. Are there any ingame setting adjustments that have to be made? The reason I ask is that this is the first 08 custom course that I have played, that has crashed to desktop on the sixth tee as well as on the eigth green. I play all courses at 1680x1050 res. Shader Level low or medium. Grass and tree settings on highest with lens flare, bloom and depth of field turned off. The course looks great and runs very smooth other than the two crashes on the front nine. Have not tried to play the back yet. Just curious if anyone else has experienced any crashes or other abnormalities playing this course?

Wonderful job! I really enjoyed playing this course. The only problem I had was with a lib. It shows in the DL that the pano is Augusta National and its actually Augusta Pano 08. Just something for people downloading to remember. Once again nice job!

Hi Ron! Man you are amazing! I really appreciate you making courses in the Myrtle Beach area. PLEASE keep it up. There are so MANY courses in that area that warrant to be turned into a masterful creation like you create. Plays exceptionally well on my system. Whats next? Keep coming with the low country courses. Love to see Patriots Point, or the two courses at Wild Dunes @ Isle of Palms, SC. Thanks Ron!
