Hello,

I am helping out a friend who received a message stating that he's been banned from the site. His member name is Roger22. He received the message after uploading to the course downloads page, a course he created called The Strugglers He wanted to sort this issue out himself, but unfortunately he could not log-in to the site so he requested me if I could send a message to you guys as the email address provided; support@coursedownloads.com is not working. I am attaching a copy of his email to the address given, please advise. I hope this is the right forum section to post this message, if not i apologize Thanks for your usual kind consideration and prompt response.

I have uploaded a course "the strugglers" and after that I got the message that I have been banned. I don´t know what I did wrong. Could you please tell me what my mistake was ?

I really apologize, if I did something wrong.

Not sure why that happened. He should have access to the site again. I have also changed the arch name on the uploaded course to his username.
